Rose by Caron is a Floral fragrance for women. Rose was launched in 2018. The nose behind this fragrance is Michel Morsetti. Top notes are May Rose and Bulgarian Rose; middle notes are Geranium, Iris and Neroli; base notes are Vanilla and Sandalwood. Maison Caron, founded in 1904 by Ernest Daltroff, reissues all its emblematic perfumes (formerly available in the Fontaines collection) in the new line La Collection Privée, coming out in 2018 in an art-deco bottles. "In 1949, as he was composing Or et Noir, Michel Morsetti was captivated by the many nuances of rose and chose to explore another facet of the queen of flowers, which this time gave the composition its name. Rose evokes the delicateness of a rosebud picked at dawn, the fragrance of wild roses. Recreating this pure, almost ethereal note, required nearly thirty different natural essences, selected from among the most sought after and costly."
