Antinoüs by Anti is a Woody Aromatic fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Antinoüs was launched in 2025. The nose behind this fragrance is Marc-Antoine Corticchiato. Top notes are Sage and Clary Sage; middle notes are Cumin, Salt, White Pepper and Skin; base notes are Wheat, Vetiver and Sandalwood. On October 30, 130 AD, Antinoüs sacrificed himself in the Nile, offering his life to bring luck to his lover, the Emperor Hadrian. ānti pays homage to this mythical love story with a botanical bouquet of Mediterranean herbs, blending the spice of cumin, the serenity of sage, and the sensuality of sea-salted skin. Clary and officinalis sage drift like whispered prayers written on papyrus, while white pepper and cumin ignite fires along moonlit shores. Wheat absolute, vetiver, and sandalwood rise together as altars of golden grain—love letters carved in temple stone, enduring through centuries. "I spent considerable time discovering how to structure this extraordinary perfume. I had my accord combining three sage extracts with skin-evoking spices, but they required a logical, harmonious assemblage. I experimented with numerous structures before finding meaning within a woody, musky foundation. Spices naturally complement wood, yet the vetiver–sandalwood–warm musk ensemble revealed the skin-like and animalic facets of sage. I also greatly enjoyed working with wheat absolute—a material I rarely use.
