Kashan fragrance was created by Hamid Merati Kashani from Firmenich Company. Main accords: Fresh Family: Fresh Top notes are Lemon, Bergamot, and Grapefruit. Middle notes are Jasmine, Floral compounds, and Ginger. Base notes are Wood, Musk, and Oriental. Some historians and archeologists believe that Sialk in Kashan province is the oldest city in the world, with more than seven thousand years of history. It is interesting to know that the oldest perfume containers were discovered in this area about 4000 years ago. Brewing of Rose flowers (Rosewater) : The age of planting and cultivating roses in Iran goes back about 7000 years, and surely, this type of cultivation has been transferred from Kashan to all over the world. The most famous ceremony in Kashan is held every year from the middle of May to the middle of June. During the ceremony, the method of brewing rosewater from roses flowers ( also known as Muhammedi flowers) is done in a traditional way using the distillation process which is known as one of the ancient arts in Iran. Every year, more than one million tourists from all over the world come to this place to see this amazing ceremony.
