The accompanying narrative recalls rain-soaked fields, moss-covered slopes and local tales of shepherds and the spectral Highland hound Cù-sìth watching over flocks in the fog. The composition focuses on earthy, green and animalic nuances built around an evocative wool accord. Wool absolute, lanolin, milk and musk suggest damp fleece and skin, while bluebell, galbanum, grass, violet leaf, immortelle absolute and narcissus contribute fresh, grassy and floral tones.
