The Idea of You by CIRRUS PARFUM is a fragrance that blends impressions of coastal forest, ocean air, and a lingering personal scent. Inspired by a memory of hiking through misty woods of spruce and cypress near the sea and the rediscovery of a worn flannel days later, it explores themes of attachment, memory, and the distance between reality and what someone represents to us. The composition combines hinoki wood and cannabis terpenes with ocean mist and aldehydes, softened by mimosa blossom and grounded with tonka bean and a vegan deer musk accord, creating a contrast between breezy freshness, gentle florals, and a warm, musky base.
