Blood of River Nile by Anomalous Parfum is a Oriental Floral fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Blood of River Nile was launched in 2024. The nose behind this fragrance is Zackaria Ibn Hossain. Top notes are Indian Saffron, Orange Blossom, Mandarin Orange, Neroli and Litsea Cubeba; middle notes are Bulgarian Rose, Turkish Rose, Damask Rose, Chinese Osmanthus, Civet, Egyptian Jasmine, Jasmine Sambac and Jasmine; base notes are Cambodian Oud, Indian Oud, Myrrh, Amber, Australian Sandalwood, Castoreum, Orris, Indian Sandalwood, Musk and Indonesian Patchouli Leaf. Under the burning Egyptian sun, the power-hungry Pharaoh orders the slaughter of every newborn Hebrew boy in a desperate attempt to thwart the prophecy of a saviour. As the flourishing kingdom turns into a realm of fear, the air grows thick with dread, and the Nile, once a symbol of life, runs red with the blood of innocence. “Blood of River Nile” captures this harrowing era through a richly layered note scheme. It begins with a burst of Neroli & Mandarin & Litsea Cubeba, representing the fleeting nature of the innocent lives threatened by Pharaoh’s wrath. As the top notes fades, Egyptian jasmine blooms a delicate yet enduring beauty amidst the chaos. This gentle scent symbolizes the hope of those who concealed their children. Then comes the many variety of roses, whose delicate yet resilient petals carry the memories of those lost. At the core of this scent lie Egyptian myrrh and 2 exquisite quality of oud. Myrrh, with its smoky, resinous quality, conveys the sorrow and mourning of an oppressed people. Oud, deep and potent, reflects the unyielding authority of the Pharaoh, a force that sought to crush the spirit of those who dared to defy him. But within this darkness lingers resilience, the rose, though delicate, perseveres, and hints at the prophecy of a child who will rise from the ashes of destruction, and lead his people to freedom. In the ancient sands of Egypt, where the Nile whispers tales of grandeur and despair, "Blood of the Nile" guides you through a chapter in history marked by fear, sorrow, and an enduring hope. It is a scent that transports you through time, and captures the despair of the oppressed, the terror of Pharaoh’s rule, and the faint but persistent hope that salvation would soon come.
