Palais Royal by AndrèSimon is a Oriental Floral fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Palais Royal was launched in 2025. The nose behind this fragrance is Andrea Rusce. Top notes are Petitgrain, Bergamot and Neroli; middle notes are Immortelle, Cardamom, Iris, Mimosa and Tuberose; base notes are Benzoin, Peru Balsam, Labdanum, Patchouli and Vanilla Absolute. The Palais Royal in Paris was the inspiration for this composition. Today, it is perceived as a peaceful oasis within the city, but it was originally an elegant residence of the highest aristocracy. Later, it became a place of freedom, vice, and debauchery when its rooms were transformed into apartments and its arcades hosted lively gatherings and romantic encounters. The perception of the Palais Royal has continuously evolved over the centuries, just as we, as human beings, are in constant transformation—just as the perception of fragrances is always changing. To represent this, I decided to adopt a vintage architecture reminiscent of the early 20th century, where resins, balsams, and floral notes dance together to create a composition in continuous evolution. A fragrance that does not need to be confined to a definition but simply lived for what it offers at a given moment—because a moment later, it might have changed completely. 50 ml, 38% Concentration, Extrait de Parfum.
